CRAYDL exists to eliminate busts in the field caused by: constructability issues (inaccurate existing conditions; discrepancies between architectural sheets and details; conflicts across structural, MEP, and architectural designs); homeowner challenges (difficulty reading plans and understanding design intent; misaligned or incomplete interior design documentation); and bad takeoffs (inaccurate, missing, or conflicting information; frequent design or scope changes). Much of this traces to “the gap” between what drawings show and what the field delivers. In short, CRAYDL brings clarity, coordination, and confidence to every project phase.

Does CRAYDL provide architectural or engineering services?

CRAYDL can provide architectural design support and collaborates with licensed architectural partners when licensure is required. We manage and coordinate engineering services but rely on qualified third-party engineers to perform the work.

Will CRAYDL help me obtain permits?

Yes. CRAYDL provides comprehensive management for city and Planning & Development approvals, HOA submittals, and engineering coordination. We manage the entire submittal process so you can stay focused on design and construction.

How long does the process take?

Timeline depends on project type. We use clear, phase-based flows so you know what to expect.

New home (full design through approvals): Typically 6–16 months. Phases include: Feasibility (architectural control, site & zoning, budget, program set-up) → Existing conditions (scan, BIM of existing) → Architectural development (concept through construction documents) → Landscape integration → Interior design integration → Engineering (civil, SMEP, energy code, utilities) → Approvals (HOA, hillside, planning & development).

Remodel: Phases are tailored to your scope (existing conditions, design development, interior/landscape integration, engineering, and approvals as needed).
